Summary0001644: [Smart3][ATV12] check for missing Amlogic patches.
DescriptionHi Kerwin,

I reported to SPTEK that volume can not control when connecting 4K tv.
SPTEK verified that the reason is some Amlogic's patches are not applied. (Please refer attached diff reseult screen-shot)

As shown in the screenshot of the mail, this patch is applied to pre_submit_for_google folder.
I think we should check missing amlogic patches like this issue.

Hi Mr. Kim,

There are 8 patches released on 11/28.
4 of 8 are added and reverted, so they are not applied.
2 patches are modified for the same file.(Audio/frameworks#base#0002.patch)
1 is already appled before. (Cec/frameworks#base#0001_box_passthrough.patch)
As a result, only 2 commits are seen in frameworks/base folder.
